Santa Fe Photographic Workshops’ Animal Photo Contest
Calumet is proud to be a sponsor in Santa Fe Workshops’ Animal Photo Contest. This contest is a great outlet for all of you animal lovers out there. Send in your favorite picture of your pet, wildlife shot or any photography that can be defined as featuring “animals.” You could win some amazing prizes like camera gear, workshop gift certificates, and gain recognition for your work from an esteemed panel of judges. There will be several winners: one Grand Prize, one Second Prize, one Third Prize, and 46 Honorable Mentions so send your photographs in today!
- Who can enter: Photographers of any level who are at least 18 years of age.
- What to enter: Open to all photographic imagery that can be defined as depicting “animals.”
- How to enter: Photos must be submitted electronically through Santa Fe Workshops’ web site. The initial entry fee includes three images. You can submit as many as you like after that for an additional fee.
This contest is an opportunity to join an international community of photographers and share your images with distinguished judges: Crista Dix, Founder and Director, Wall Space Gallery; Elizabeth Cheng Krist, Senior Photo Editor, National Geographic; Ian Shive, Photographer, Founder/CEO,Tandem Stills + Motion, Inc; and Reid Callanan, Director, Santa Fe Photographic Workshops.
The early deadline for Santa Fe Photo Workshops ANIMALS photo contest is Tuesday, March 19; fee is $30 for 3 images. ANIMALS closes May 7, 2013. Santa Fe Photo Workshops is grateful to the educational partners and sponsors who have contributed to an impressive prize list with a total value of over $14,000. The Grand Prize alone is worth over $5,000!
