What kind of camera gear and equipment did you use to capture the shot?
The camera used was a Nikon D90 with 18 – 105mm lens.
How do you determine what angle you want to use this image?
I enjoyed the reflections on the street, so I thought it best to use the angle from bottom to the top.
Where was the picture taken?
This photo was taken in the historic city of Ouro Preto, Minas Gerais, Brazil, during the festivities of Holy Week .
What is the story or message you are trying to convey?
I just want to show the beauty of the colonial architecture of the Brazilian Historical Cities.
Who are some photographers that inspire you?
The Brazilian photographer, Sebastião Salgado, and the American photographer, Steve McCurry.
What kind of photography do you like best for personal and professional projects?
I like to photograph nature, architecture, historic cities, religious festivities and folkloric celebrations.
